- Pipe and Tubing materials are tested for chemical compositions for confirmation as per the customer approved standards
- Pipe sub assembles pressure tested up to 300 bar as per the customer approved drawing.
- Pipe sub-assemblies has been tested for the welding macro verification with trained and highly Qualified engineers
- Internal Weld pole verification will be done with borescope inspection method.
- Each work stations are defined with Stage Drawings – Control plan -Frequency of verification
- Stage process controls has been monitored with Highly trained QA engineers.
